Premium templates, downloadable assets, and delivered digital files are generally non-refundable once access, download, or transfer has been provided.
If a duplicate payment or billing error occurs, we will review and correct it promptly.
Deposits and advance payments reserve time, planning effort, and execution capacity, and are typically non-refundable after work has started.
Where a project is terminated, any refundable amount depends on work already completed, third-party costs incurred, and the commercial terms agreed in writing.
Monthly retainers and recurring service arrangements are billed against reserved delivery capacity. Mid-cycle cancellations do not automatically qualify for partial refunds unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
Cancellation terms, renewal structure, and notice periods should be reviewed in the applicable service agreement.
