Project scope is defined through proposals, written approvals, or retained service agreements. Any work outside the approved scope may require a revised timeline, budget, or separate change request.
Cyber Milo may use trusted third-party tooling, hosting platforms, analytics providers, payment processors, and communication software as part of service delivery.
Deposits, milestone payments, subscriptions, or retainer invoices are payable according to the commercial agreement attached to the engagement.
Delivery timelines depend on timely content, approvals, feedback, access credentials, and other inputs from the client.
Clients are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and ownership of assets, copy, credentials, and data supplied for project execution.
Where delays occur because required materials or approvals are not provided, project schedules may shift accordingly.
Upon full payment, the client receives the rights described in the signed proposal or agreement. Cyber Milo retains rights to pre-existing tools, frameworks, internal methods, and reusable accelerators unless explicitly transferred in writing.
Third-party licenses remain subject to their own licensing terms.
